Mission Canyon
The immediate valley and foothills behind the Riviera are known as Mission Canyon. Close in there are rustic homes on quiet lanes, further out are larger lots with a rural feel where you can have a country experience less than 10 minutes from downtown Santa Barbara. Some homes in Mission Canyon have ocean views, though more distant and without the city in the immediate foreground.
